Cullumpton Medical Centre

Emmanuel School, London

Mono Pitch Skylights are the simplest form of skylights.

All skylight designs are based upon standard design principles, adapted to suit individual project requirements.

  • Self supporting up to 6000mm span. Larger spans will require underlying support structure.
  • Minimum slope pitch of 7 degrees.
  • Lowest overall system U values of 1.5W/m2K, achievable using glass units with a centre pane U value of 1.1W/m2K.
  • Frame widths of 50mm or 60mm.
  • Can be designed to be classified as non fragile to CWCT TN 66 & 67.
  • Super Durable MATT polyester powder coat finish as standard, guaranteed for 30 years. Metallic finishes and anodised finish also available.
  • Dual colour (different colour outside and inside).
  • Glass Units: To suit the project requirements, but minimum specification is -
    • Outer - 6 mm soft coat low-E heat soaked toughened.
    • Cavity – 16mm argon filled with silicone edge seal.
    • Inner – 8.8mm laminated.
  • Electrically operated opening windows for natural ventilation or smoke ventilation to EN12101-2:2003.
  • External flashings manufacture from 1.5mm or 2.0mm grade 3103 aluminium sheet.
